This assignment was simple but a lot of thought had to be put into it. Proving your existence is easy but being creative about it is what makes it more complicated. I approached this assignment by photographing personal belongings which obviously proves that I exist because they belong to me but I wanted to be more creative. I started thinking about my interests and hobbies so I photographed my artwork. I started running out of ideas so I began to think of different ways that prove that I exist. So I thought of taking a bite into an apple because anyone can bite into an apple but no one in the world would have the same bite. When it comes to photographic techniques, the first thing I thought about was the lighting. I had to figure out the aperture and the shutter speed. Many of the photos were taken in different lightings. Most of them were in natural lighting so it had to be a larger aperture. For the shutter speed, I didnt need it to be slow because I wasnt taking any motion-like images. So in order to get very detailed images I used a faster shutter speed.
